Who We Are
Bmore isn’t just another IT support provider—we’re your strategic partner in business technology. We don’t just fix tech issues; we tailor solutions that make your daily work easier and help bring your big ideas to life.
We Look After Our Clients and Each Other
We've built a thriving culture through learning, ambition, vision, and integrity. We invest in each other and are invested in our clients.
We're Business Technologists

We Focus On Your Vision
And reverse-engineer the right support, solutions, and technology roadmap to get there! We don't do shiny solutions or a sales roadmap in our back pocket.
We're Systematic
From project management to maintaining quality documentation, we're fluent in connecting the dots between technology, operations, goals, and risks.

You Bring the Problems, We'll Create the Solutions
Here's how we make technology your ally for the long haul while making it simple for you:
We Start With Where You Are
We don't shoot from the hip; we will get to know your business, team, and IT deeply, so that we have the context needed to make a difference.
We Understand How Your Business Works
We will go through your workflows and understand what your business does and how tech helps you to do it. That way, we see intimately how your tech is helping or hindering you.
We Design Solutions Tailored to You
With a foundation built on insight, we can create business-technology solutions as unique as you are! That means more impact, less risk, and alignment with stakeholders and how you actually operate.
We Solve Your Problems
It could be a repetitive task that could do with automation or opening up new branches across the country. Either way, we will constantly be solving problems while harnessing technology to achieve your big vision.

Frequently Asked Questions
Are your IT services suitable for our size or industry?
The best fit is organizations that want fewer surprises, clearer accountability, and a roadmap for modernization rather than purely reactive break-fix.
Is there a minimum company size you support?
We right-size to the environment. We are typically a strong fit when you want a structured IT partner to standardize, secure, and continuously improve the environment (not just break-fix).
Do you support multi-location or hybrid teams?
Yes. We support multiple sites and remote users and can standardize policies, security, and support workflows across locations.
Do you offer co-managed IT if we have internal staff?
Yes. We can operate in a co-managed model with clear roles, escalation paths, and shared standards so nothing falls through the cracks.
Do you require minimum standards?
Managed services only works when the environment is supportable and the fundamentals are sound. As part of onboarding and ongoing delivery, we validate baseline requirements—such as legitimate licensing, appropriate administrative access, supported hardware/software, and the ability to deploy and manage the security and support tooling required for our delivery model.
If your environment does not meet minimum standards today, that’s common. We will identify the gaps, prioritize the risks, and create an alignment plan to bring the environment to a supportable baseline so we can deliver the outcomes you’re expecting.
What happens if we don’t meet the minimum standards today?
We’ll identify gaps during onboarding or discovery and build a prioritized alignment plan that fits your operations and budget. Some items may need to be addressed before full go‑live to ensure stability and security.
Do you force a full rip‑and‑replace on day one?
Not typically. We prioritize risk. Some items can be phased to reduce disruption and spread costs over time—so long as we can keep the environment secure and supportable in the meantime.
Why does licensing matter to managed services?
Unsupported or non‑genuine licensing creates reliability, security, and compliance risk—and can limit our ability to support and update systems. Clean licensing also reduces audit and insurance friction.
