A Baltimore native, my career in technology has been shaped by hands-on experience, leadership, and a practical understanding of how businesses operate. While earning my degree in Computer Information Systems from Towson University, I also served six years in the U.S. Army Reserve with the 323rd Military Intelligence Battalion at Fort Meade. That experience sharpened my leadership, analytical thinking, and ability to assess risk – skills that continue to guide how I approach IT, security, and problem-solving today.
Professionally, I’ve worked across small business, enterprise, and government environments. My career has included everything from acting as an outsourced IT expert for local organizations, to supporting large-scale infrastructure and server migrations for a Fortune 500 company, to leading campus-wide IT operations for a Department of Defense contractor.
These experiences ultimately led me to co-found Baltimore Technology Group in 2010 with my business partner, Steve Sexton, where I now serve as CEO – helping organizations build reliable, secure, and scalable technology environments.
