Bmore Technology expands footprint in South Carolina

BALTIMORE, MD – December 5, 2018 – Bmore Technology has announced the acquisition of Carolina Phone & Data Services (CPDS).

With this acquisition, Bmore Technology gains not only an excellent family-owned IT company, but also the fantastic team behind it, husband-and-wife team Jeremy and Lauren Cullen. Through this acquisition, Bmore Technology expands our client base in South Carolina. The acquisition is effective immediately.

CPDS was founded in 2005 by Jeremy and his father, Mike Cullen, who both brought extensive industry knowledge to the table. CPDS is a company built on customer service, and believes in assisting clients with achieving more via technology. CPDS has put their values to work by providing excellent phone system service for small firms and one of the nation’s biggest tax chains alike. In 2016, CPDS chose to shift their business model and focus on being a managed service provider.
