Jim Merritt elected as Vice President of Administration

Jim Merritt was recently elected to the position of Vice President of Administration within the Chesapeake Gateway Chamber of Commerce. As the Vice President of Administration Jim’s duties shall be:

1. The Vice President of Administration shall act in the absence of the President. (In the absence of the President and the Vice President of Administration, a member of the Board of the Directors shall be chosen to act temporarily by those present).
2. To serve as a member of the Executive Committee and Board of Directors.
3. To review the internal affairs of the Chamber, including charter, by-laws and personnel.
4. To coordinate the publications of the Chamber, as may from time to time be requested by the Board of Directors.
